Data Deletion Policy

You stay in control of the data we hold about your store.

When you uninstall

Shopify sends us a store erasure request after an app is uninstalled. When it arrives we permanently delete your store record, audits, findings, screenshots, credit history, sessions and any scanner signature. Your scanner signature and sessions are removed at the moment of uninstall.

Before or without uninstalling

Email [email protected] from the address on your Shopify account and we will delete your audit data within 30 days. You can remove your scanner signature yourself at any time from the Scanner signature page in the app.

Customer data requests

We do not store your customers' personal data, so Shopify customer data requests and customer erasure requests have nothing to return or delete. We still receive and acknowledge them.
