Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

Uninstall the app or change your plan from the Plans page. Subscriptions are billed by Shopify. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

• If a scan fails because of a problem on our side, the pages are not charged, and any credits used are returned.
• If you were charged by mistake or something did not work as described, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review it and refund where it is fair.
• Credit packs that are partly used are refunded for the unused pages only.
